After this FOY Chardonnay was pressed and settled in the tank, the wine was moved to 100% French oak barrels to add elegance, mouthfeel, weight and length to the wine before dealcoholized.

Tasting Notes: The wine launches with lemon zest and citrus oil. It is backed by vanilla bean, pear, and Granny Smith apple. The mouth is elegant and sophisticated.
