“Nero” PGI Pedroni Balsamic Vinegar Tradizionale 250ml

Established in 1862, Acetaia Pedroni is one of the oldest artisan balsamic vinegar producers in the world. Six generations later, their Tradizionale Balsamic Vinegar has won best Balsamic Vinegar in Modena. Acclaimed critic Ruth Reichl proclaimed that she had found “the perfect balsamic vinegar” with Pedroni.

Their Nero vinegar is aged for a minimum of 3 years in wooden barrels. It has a creamy intensity and velvet aroma, revealing a natural acid and distinct sweetness. There is no additional of caramel. We recommend enjoying the Nero with grilled meat, charcuterie, cheese and ice cream.
